$125.00 per visit x 2 visits daily

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to perform a 12-week wound care contract in the home care setting. Providing wound care to (2) Patients in the Conyers, GA/Decatur, GA area every M W F with 1 PRN visit weekly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
Wound Care to stage 4 and 3 wounds
Wound Vac experience required
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

Qualifications

Currently licensed nurse in the state of employment
Previous experience in wound care is required
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Valid driver’s license
First aid/CPR certification required
TB test within last 1 year or chest X ray within last 5 years

Compensation: $125.00 per hour
